so Caleb requested muffins and we had no fruit to be had to add to them so I thought, hmmmm.....Cinnamon would be worth a shot. We really liked these. I doubled the recipe, and used 75% wheat 25% white flour. It made 12 regular sized muffins and I cooked for 19 min. which could be a bit too long. Dad even said they were good. Don't know if he was just being nice, but....i liked 'em. How can you resist making something that is named donut?
