Chicken Tikki Masala

I made this with brown rice over the weekend. I loved feeling like a made something exotic. :) I took the advice of some of the reviews and didn't add any salt and am glad I took that advice. I am going to make it a little less spicy next time by waiting to cut up the chicken until it has been cooked. I didn't grill these. Instead I baked them on a greased tin foil lined cookie sheet.
