Cheesy Qunioa Bites

I needed a side to go with our salmon dinner so I thought I would try this recipe for a change instead of just making plain quinoa or rice. Turns out I didn't like it with salmon. However, I think I might make these again with another meal and try making a dip to go with it. This is the recipe:

This girl has a guacomole dip to go with the recipe. I bet you could make it without the cream cheese or add a little greek yogurt to it instead for the texture.
