Baked Zucchini Chips

These are a must! They turn out so crispy and yummy! I added garlic and basil and you can add more seasonings to the bread crumbs if you want (more flavor)

  1. Maybe I didn't add enough flavor because I made these and ended up throwing most away. Maybe I did them wrong though because ours didn't turn out so crispy. Glad they worked for you!

  2. try adding the eggs (or oil) with the breadcrumbs together in one bowl. They stick way better instead of dipping seperately. Also you could use whole wheat breadcrumbs.
