Wild Rice Soup

This is from Betty Crocker Cookbook New Edition. It made a lot and I was able to freeze it for a later dinner. Wild Rice was a little tricky to track down. I found it a whole foods in the plastic bins. It is expensive per pound but you only need a cup of it to make the soup. I made Tomato Herb Foccacia to eat along with it.
