Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Bethany made these for breakfast last week. They tasted so good! I love the topping. I used wheat flour instead of white and substituted greek yogurt for the buttermilk. I cooked my muffins for 14 minutes at 400.

  1. I made a recipe close to this, but it didn't have the topping. I substituted no sugar applesauce for the egg and oil, because I read you can and used ALL wheat flour again. They didn't turn out so well. I am going too healthy and sometimes you need a little white flour, egg to help it cook and the flavor. I have learned my lesson. I think you can still substitute applesauce for oil though:).
