Chicken Artichoke/Mushroom Crepes

Submitted by Beth. This is a recipe from Taste of Home. Sometimes I substitute a 6 oz. jar of marinated artichokes for the mushrooms. I don't add Sherry. I usually just add a little more water or chicken broth to it. I will have to modify it now that I probably won't be using chicken bouillon anymore. Hmm.

    I didn't like them as much, because I didn't put in a lot of chicken stock for flavor(I don't like using too much).
    I found a recipe and made whole wheat crepes (which you should definitely use half white flour and half wheat) if you want to go healthier. I used all wheat flour and it had no flavor. We used mushrooms and canned artichokes which I liked! I will probably make these again, but with the above adjustments.
