I made these rolls for our Easter dinner and got a lot of comments on how good they were. Mark is always wanting me to make all white rolls but he didn't mind the wheat in these at all. I used white flour instead of bread flour and the only thing I added was brushed butter on the tops right after they came out of the oven.
