How to Cook Frozen Chicken Breasts in the Pressure Cooker

I can't really remember now of course how I did it but this is what I think I did last time?

put in 4 frozen chicken breasts, 1 cup water, (I think I added a tsp chicken boullion too), and cook for 10 min then quick release.
