I just made this but used pumpkin seeds insteadinstead of almonds, decreased sugar to 1 cup, used 1/2 cup of corn syrup and 1/2 cup of honey, and 1 cup chocolate chips that melted in. Really yummy and going to decrease sugar even more next time.
For the baptism, we let it rise for all hour, let it rise another hour after rolling out then baked in the pizza oven. https://www.alyonascooking.com/fluffy-yet-crusty-pizza-dough-recipe/
Mark likes to drizzle olive oil And dried spices on after cooking.
I made this for Logan’s baptism but I didn’t do Broccoli, upped the salt to 1 1/2 teaspoons. (Next time will do 2 teaspoons). I made with sausage or bacon. Both were good.,

I tried the recipe from Lanae Sharp from 5th Ward for Zucchini bread and used whole wheat flour, avocado oil, and 1/2 cup less of sugar. I would check if done 15 min early though.
It turned out great.

This was easy and yummy. I added a bottle of alfredo sauce to make it better. Good way to use zucchini. Chop it small.
These were fun for Lucy’s birthday. https://www.melskitchencafe.com/strawberry-ice-cream-brownie-cupcakes/
We love this pizza dough. This is the one Mark always makes. We don’t use a bread machine, we use our bosch. https://www.alyonascooking.com/fluffy-yet-crusty-pizza-dough-recipe/#recipe

Got this recipe a while ago and isn’t on web anymore. It’s a good authentic one according to Mark. We don’t add all the water from the instant pot however. Probably around 4-6 cups.
Sunday Morning: resurrection rolls with homemade dough and Amish Breakfast casserole recipe. It was good but would like to try different cheese than parmesean flavor homemade. Not too hard to do the homemade version of resurrection rolls.
Was going to do Mels Kitchen cafe mini quiches instead but didn’t want to make the crust. Used turkey bacon in Amish casserole and cooked extra to put on top of potatoes before cornflakes step on top for dinner.
I made Lemon yogurt bread for neighbors so that was our dessert but was going to made raspberry angel food cake instead or Easter dirt cups. Lemon yogurt bread was so delicious.
Dinner:
Deviled eggs
Jello eggs
Funeral potatoes with turkey bacon
Buttery Bundt pan rolls from Mel’s
Green salad mix with cucumbers and radishes
Pineapple—was going to cut out tomb with them but too tired by then. Could do honey vanilla yogurt fruit salad recipe next time.

I also did a Christmas breakfast for Lucy and got hot chocolate cups with peppermint, stirring spoons that were chocolate and marshmallow peeps that were peppermint and did gingerbread waffles with powdered sugar and oranges. Then the girls made Christmas bracelets and did a Christmas craft and painted these peg ornament dolls, and then played Christmas Pictionary and a gift passing game where they had to stand up and trade with someone if They had done that thing at Christmas like watched five Christmas movies or was wearing red or that year or caroling. It was so much fun and I would love to do it any Christmas.
