Shrimp Scampi; easy! caleb even makes it!


I had some cooked frozen medium shrimp and just cooked it the same amount of time as the recipe states so that the liquid can cook down. We didn't think it was overcooked because shrimp is always rubbery to us :)

I also needed it to be a meal so we doubled the sauce and (had 1.5 lbs of shrimp) so I cooked up some spagettti noodles and served it on top with some parm cheese to garnish. red lobster biscuits and a veggie on the side.

I'm starting to like shrimp because it's so easy!

I also did dried parsley. 1/6 of a cup of parsley :). maybe about 3 TBSP?
