Sweet Potato Bake, Jalapeño Chilli and Feta Cheese

I've been really into using HelloFresh.com lately (it is a meal subscription service that will send you the ingredients for meals and you pay a lot of money, but their recipes are free). All of these are from the category "Quick and Easy" and I'll be posting my favorites. You may have to google some of the ingredients because they are in UK terms.
