Zupas Copycat Wisconsin Cauliflower Recipe

 I doubled the recipe and it fit inside my instapot still! I used tillamook sharp cheddar and more salt than called for. I used an immersion blender, but I think next time I'll try to get it smoother by using the blendtec.

Breakfast casserole

Chocolate chip caramel cookie bars

 This recipe has come in handy a bunch lately: think ward party, thalman fast Sunday dessert (for a crowd) and giving away to sick people in the ward. Just try not to quadruple the salt when doubling on accident like I did. Haha. I even love the optional homemade caramel recipe
