Potato Bacon Soup

This is a great soup when you want to take dinner to someone because it’s a crowd pleaser. I only do 3/4 of the bacon called for. It has cream of chicken soup however which is something I usually try to avoid.

It was so nice to have something different and it was really good. It took me longer than a half an hour though. We used salad shrimp and doubled the bacon. Had it with Braza Bites.
