Veggie Fried Quinoa with Terryaki Sauce

This is just like fried rice except with quinoa and added sauce.  Sorry I didn't measure anything but I will try to guess. Use your best judgement with the measurements.  I loved it and it was easy.  I bet it would taste super good too if you wanted to add some chicken marinated in the terryiaki, chop it up, and add it to the mixture.

1 -1 1/2 c.  Cooked Quinoa
About 3 scrambled eggs
2 cloves pressed garlic
1 c. chopped veggies  (I used a combo of zucchini, corn, green bell pepper, and onion)
1/4 c. Terryaki sauce  (my grocery store had healthy sauce 50% off so I used one called veri veri terryaki.  It was so good and didn't have any preservatives in it)

Cook Quinoa.  While Quinoa is cooking, chop veggies then set aside.  Next, scramble the eggs and set aside.   Add butter/oil to the hot pan and add the veggies and garlic.  Once the veggies are near crisp tender, add the cooked quinoa and fry for a couple more minutes.  Add eggs to the veggie/quinoa mixture and drizzle terryaki sauce on top. Mix everything together.
