Peanut Butter Dip for Apple Slices

I just tried the easiest snack.  It was so yummy!!! We sliced apples to eat along with it.

For something a bit different try dipping apple slices into homemade peanut dip. To keep the dip low-cal, mix a small tub of nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt (Beth did 3 heaping spoonfuls) with two tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp. honey, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon  (after Beth and Mark tried it, we added a lot more because we loved the cinnamon in it). Oh so good!
